The cost of a program in school is determined by the number of staff required, how long the program runs for, what is delivered and how much travel is involved.

Although your staff are required to participate as an organisation representative and can participate, we come complete with all bike related qualifications to run any activity

We have a fleet of over 100 bikes and transport trailers to make sure you don’t have to rely on the condition of your bikes or participant bikes. Our bikes are maintained and our staff keep them moving.

You can use your own bikes, you can also let participants use their own bikes. If we are working with 3rd party bikes, they often need a little tweak and we need to carry spares for a range of different bikes. In the case you do, it will save some hire cost but we will need to use more experienced mechanical staff prior to the event to check and prepare and maintain your bikes during the activity which may involve us carrying more spares. For school programs that run over 3 classes, we usually open the first day with an additional elite mechanic staff member to run through the bikes before and during the safety brief and activity.

We love you to have an idea of what you want including any learning outcomes but you do not have to plan anything, we will ask questions, present a program to hit learning targets and offer solutions to make logistics work, we fine tune until you are happy then provide all required information.

For example, rather than ride near your organisation, we could plan a hero ride and use bus or public transport to return, we provide vehicle support and bike transport. A good example may be to ride to the city to hit an education learning target, lunch and train back to your organisation after lunch. A fabulous multi day mountain bike adventure we offer is to train to Ballarat with personal gear, we meet with bikes and a support van, we then ride part or the full goldfields trail to Bendigo with our support van all the way. A big adventure while learning history, physics, environmental management, personal challenge and team building.

For in-school kids programs we teach them to ride, it often only takes 15 mins. We provide different activities to keep everybody challenged. If a participant can’t ride for any reason, they can help facilitate the activity.

For a program outside the organisation, if we have a participant that is unable or does not want to ride but wants to participate, they can join the support car. In the case this is a child, we need to observe the adult and gender ratios

The first priority for any event is safety. In school activities are easy to manage. Urban rides require planning and good group management.

Off road we have a thorough introduction before starting gently before building skills to challenge all. We only use our elite guides with extensive training on how to prevent risk. Whenever conditions change or risk is present, we put controls in place and virtually eliminate incidents

There are so many things that can happen but with the right staff ratios, support car and competent, qualified, experienced staff. We can handle it, no matter if we are urban, wilderness or remote.

We are a mobile outfit, we can deliver your activity anywhere from a basketball court to the outback. We will do some planning at your location to make the activity a success. We use mapping software that we share with you. You will be able to see all aspects of the event including distance and elevation plus 3d imagery. We use the software on our activities to keep all on route.
